Meet Suzanne

After The Bell-OSHC was founded by Suzanne Tucker, an experienced OSHC professional who has worked in the sector since 2013. The organization is built on strong principles of quality service delivery, child wellbeing, inclusive practice, and meaningful partnerships with school communities. Suzanne brings extensive experience in establishing, leading, and governing OSHC services, with a strong focus on safe, engaging, and well-managed programs.

From 2013 to 2024, Suzanne founded and led a large Sydney based OSHC service, successfully building and operating services across New South Wales. She holds a degree in Psychology and Industrial Relations, along with qualifications in Business Management, providing a strong foundation in leadership, governance, and workforce development.

Meet Chelsea

Chelsea North is an experienced OSHC professional who has been in the sector since 2016. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Chelsea brings a contemporary educational practice, curriculum leadership, and operational expertise, with a strong focus on high-quality, child-centered programming.

Together, Suzanne and Chelsea have established and supported more than 40 OSHC services across NSW, all operating in alignment with the National Quality Standard, with all services rated Meeting and several achieving Exceeding themes. Their combined experience has given them a deep understanding of the needs of children, families, educators, and school communities.

Over the past year, Suzanne and Chelsea have formally come together to establish After The Bell-OSHC, combining their expertise and shared commitment to raising standards across the OSHC sector. Together, they share a vision.

Through respectful relationships and play-based experiences, we support children to feel secure, valued, and confident to engage, connect, and thrive.
